Dr. Schauss Featured Speaker at 2nd International Tocotrienol Symposium

AIBMR’s Dr. Alex Schauss was a featured speaker at the 2nd International Tocotrienol Symposium, presented in conjunction with the American Oil Chemist Society’s Annual Meeting. Held at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, CA, the event was co-sponsored by American River Nutrition and the National Health Research Institute (NHRI). The symposium also celebrated the publication of the 2nd edition of Tocotrienols: Vitamin E Beyond Tocopherols, a text to which Dr. Schauss and AIBMR’s Dr. John Endres and Dr. Amy Clewell were contributing authors.
